Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid in office 2 days a week

The role:
We are looking for a results-driven eCommerce Senior Manager to join this expanding team, with the aim of enhancing commercial KPIs across acquisition and customer marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to optimise conversion rates, streamline the digital marketing funnel, and improve user experience, all to boost our online revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Oversee all aspects of website and CRO operations, including platform management, product presentation, and third-party coordination.
- Make hands-on edits within the Shopify CMS to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Ensure the website is consistently maintained and updated, providing a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Implement a mobile-first approach and guide a small team in adopting product management techniques to improve various site elements.
- Utilise web analytics and CRO best practices in collaboration with the Analytics team to identify improvement opportunities, applying A/B testing to boost key commercial metrics across customer acquisition and marketing.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to ensure a cohesive online experience and optimal website performance.
- Use data analysis and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement, aiming to attract new customers through website improvements.
- Communicate effectively with all departments, including brand, customer services, CRM, technology, and analytics teams.
- Monitor website performance daily and report on the key performance indicators (KPIs) of any site changes or CRO initiatives.
- Stay informed on the latest eCommerce trends and technologies, and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the direct-to-consumer business.
Candidate criteria:
- You should be adept at discussing technical details and converting commercial and operational requirements into clear deliverables, providing time and cost estimates for technology partners and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in increasing online sales and revenue.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce best practices and techniques for optimising conversions.
- Experience with a CMS platform, ideally Shopify, is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and leadership.
- Ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A data-driven mindset when making decisions.
