PMO - Front Office, IB
Location: London
Rate: £350- 400pd via Umbrella Company
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Role Overview:
We are seeking a PMO with front office investment banking experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project plans and taking ownership of the full project management lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project plans and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Utilise Excel and PowerPoint effectively to support project activities.
* Contribute to the team by tracking milestones and maintaining up-to-date project information.
* Support a large book of work in a fast-paced environment.
* Apply product knowledge across various domains, with any relevant experience being advantageous.
* Demonstrate strong soft skills, including influencing, communication, and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in front office investment banking PMO roles is essential.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
