Senior Customer Service Advisor
Loughborough
up to £28,000 DOE
We are currently seeking an experienced customer-focused individual to join our client’s team as they look to add a Senior Customer Service Advisor. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team to ensure the smooth operation of the customer support processes and deliver a first-class experience to their valued customers.
Description of the role:
* Make decisions on faulty, defective, or damaged orders.
* Implement cost-effective solutions for deliveries and exchanges.
* Resolve complex delivery issues while managing costs.
* Escalate technical issues to the Team Manager, Sales Director, or Technical Department.
* Assist with onboarding and training new advisors and act as a buddy when needed.
* Support the Team Manager in their absence to ensure departmental operations run smoothly.
* Maintain trackers for the Team Manager, Sales Director, Warehouse Manager, and MD.
* Help the Team Manager achieve departmental objectives.
* Handle access checks, Moffatt quotes, and MSD/PF delivery queries.
* Organise returns, replacements, and refunds.
About you:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Confident with providing support and training team members.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
