Our team is now on the lookout for an experienced sales valuer who is highly motivated with bags of energy, enthusiasm, and the drive to push themselves alongside us as we continue our journey to be the best local estate agents and win more awards along the way.
The ideal candidate will have experience and a proven track record in valuing and have an incredibly positive attitude to develop into the role with a hungry and growing mindset.
Being the most successful family-run estate agents in Westhoughton, we need someone to come and join us who is ready to make a positive difference in our customer’s lives and the service provided to our client’s property journey to make their experience unforgettable.
Location: Westhoughton, Chorley Road Branch
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
Minimum of 1 Saturday per month (9am - 2pm)
Key Sales valuer Responsibilities:
Conduct property valuations with accuracy and efficiency
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to the growth and success of the business
Provide exceptional customer service
Ideal Sales Valuer Candidate:
Proven experience and successful track record in property valuations
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Highly motivated with determination and resilience
Career-focused with a strong work ethic
Sales valuer Must Haves:
Current clean driving licence with access to a car
