About the role
The finance business partner role works with all the brand’s local teams (marketing, merchandising, sales, retail) and also the central team. The Finance Business Partner is in charge of producing the excellent management reporting, coordinating the preparation of budgets and providing ad-hoc analysis as well as recommendations to the brand’s management.
Key responsibilities
* Finance Reporting & Business Analysis
* Prepare monthly reporting for group (P&L, Balance Sheet), divisional performance, Controlling & Budgeting
* Provide analysis of variances between actuals & Budgets, identify and report any risks and opportunities arising from those variances
* Preparation of budget
* Provide analysis and recommendations on specific cost control projects (Capex, Staffing)
* Internal control & External Audit
* Systems improvements
* External audit support
Person profile
* CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualified
* Experience within a fast paced retail/consumer environment is highly desirable
* Autonomous and organised
* First class communication skills including business partnering
* Deliver on time
* Analytical mind and strong attention to detail
