Job Description:
Community Events Assistant
(Part-Time Temporary Role 12 weeks +)
JS Talent are working with a well-established organisation based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Community Events Assistant on a temporary basis supporting the Team in Redditch, Worcestershire
Key Responsibilities of a Community Events Assistant will include:
* Experience of overseeing events
* Main responsibility would be to develop, implement, deliver and monitor cohesive and complementary events programmes, work with Park Project & Events Officer
* Knowledge of microsoft word, outlook & excel
* Must drive and be comfortable driving to events
The candidate:
* You will have the right transferable skills to ensure that an events programme can be delivered successfully and safely.
* Proven track record of delivering a customer-focused service, you will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* You will have developed IT skills and first-hand experience of providing general administrative
Benefits of a Community Events Assistant
* 30 hours Per Week - occasional evening/ weekends for events
* Initially working on a temporary basis 12 weeks +
* £13.02 per hour
