Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives, working for a highly reputable client located in Cramlington. Joining our client’s dynamic team, becoming an integral part of the manufacturing process.
Production OperativeMain Duties & Responsibilities:
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
* Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Working with various products.
* Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure precision and efficiency.
* Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
Production Operative Applicants:
* Must have previous proven experience in a similar role.
* Full training is provided and is on-going.
Working a shift pattern of 06.30am - 18.30pm (2 weeks days), then swapping onto 18.30pm - 06.30pm (2 weeks nights). This shift pattern results in every other weekend off work and includes 4x20 minute paid breaks.
