We are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist who has previous experience and can quickly integrate and make an immediate impact within the team.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Consultant Psychiatrist include:
* Providing clinical leadership and expertise within a multidisciplinary community mental health team, overseeing the assessment, treatment, and management of adult patients with a range of mental health conditions
* Leading the development and implementation of care pathways and treatment plans, collaborating closely with colleagues, service users, and carers to promote recovery-oriented practices and person-centred care
* Offering expert psychiatric consultation and guidance to colleagues within the team, providing supervision and support to junior medical staff, trainees, and other healthcare professionals

* GMC Registration
* Section 12 approval and AC Status
