We have an exciting position available for a Head of Assets to join us!
As the Head of Assets, you’ll be responsible the continued development and delivery of our Asset Management and Sustainability Strategies. You will lead a team to develop and deliver our investment plans and a substantial programme of capital investment in the stock, including energy, sustainability and the environment.
What we’re looking for:
* Educated to Degree level or comparable professional qualification and/or experience.

* Expertise in asset management, programme delivery and has comprehensive experience of successfully managing asset management and investment teams.

* Can demonstrate an extensive and strong track record of leading a customer-focussed function to deliver excellent services.

* Has a solid track record of managing people and driving improvements in teams to achieve targets in the delivery of excellent service.

* Substantial knowledge of working within the construction / building / maintenance sector, with an understanding of asset management.

* Experience of Procurement processes (incl. OJEU compliant) including tender design, evaluation and third party contractor monitoring and management.

* Can prove knowledge of delivering strategies into operational outputs whilst working collaboratively in a busy team and cross functional business areas.

* Practical experience of formulating, implementing and reviewing strategies, policy and processes.

* Experience of delivering quality work to fixed timescales and within budget
