The Role:
* Answering inbound queries via phone and email
* Delivering a high level of customer service to both new and existing customer 
* Outbound dialling to resolve queries.
* Order processing
* Deal with general enquiries
* Liaising internally with other teams within the business
* Finance admin when necessary
