Packaging Design Manager - The Rewards
* Up to £60,000 DOE
* Working hours will be: 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 3.45pm on Fridays

Packaging Design Manager - Requirements
* Must have knowledge and experience of Fefco standards, corrugated machinery
* 2 years previous experience of working within the corrugated packaging industry
* Be a team player
* Be innovative and ambitious
* Be willing and motivated to continuously strive to improve
* Have a good work ethic
* Be a punctual and reliable individual, who is flexible and willing to adapt and grow their skills beyond their current skill set
Packaging Design Manager - Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day workflow running through the design department and provide support and expertise across the business as needed
* Collaborate with other department to maximise business performance and improve workflow
* Completing design briefs from internal and external customers
* Creating working drawings for production
* Complete Mid/medium complexity projects
* Creation of customer presentations
* 3D renders - AGCAD software
* Designing for manufacture, signing off 1st off orders and providing operational support as & when required
* Liaise with customers, to include occasional travel to site for meetings and presentations
* Recruit, train, supervise and develop a small team of design staff, setting objectives/targets to manage and review performance
* Working closely with the Marketing team providing case studies and content aligned with the group Marketing Strategy
* Supporting our sustainability goals and being aware of new products that can help our customers deliver these objectives
* Any other duties that are within your capabilities
