Junior D365 Developer/Analyst | £30,000 - £45,000 | Dynamics 365 | Workflows | On-site | Wilmslow
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Systems Developer with a minimum of one year’s experience in the Power Platform to join our innovative Transformation team. Reporting to the Systems Lead, you will play a critical role in optimizing our Dynamics 365 system through automation and integration, thus enabling our client service teams to maintain their high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities: * System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Regularly assess system performance and apply necessary corrections.
* User Interaction: Gather and analyze user feedback to identify system pain points.
* Process Analysis: Examine existing systems and processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.
* Solution Implementation: Develop effective solutions within the current system framework.
* Automation & Integration: Explore and implement automation and integration opportunities.
* Documentation: Create and maintain detailed knowledge base articles.
* Training & Support: Offer training and ad-hoc support to team members on system functionalities.
Essential Qualifications: * At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, and Office.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
* Capability to configure, customize, and enhance D365, including workflows and business rules.
* Experience with MoneyInfo Portal administration and D365 integration.
Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Power Automate and/or Power BI.
* Experience in the financial services sector is a plus, though not mandatory.
