We are on the hunt for an Accounts Assistant to join a rapidly growing and unique company based in Eastleigh. If you are looking for an immediate start role with an opportunity to gain exposure to a range of accounts duties in a collaborative team, look no further! This role is offered on a part-time basis (16-20 hours per week) and is initially temporary, with the possibility of going permanent. The salary is pro-rata.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Processing customer invoices through an automated system
* Processing supplier invoices
* Reconciliation of multi-currency bank accounts with significant transaction volumes
* Assisting the Finance Manager in the day-to-day running of the department

What you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role, such as Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Administrator / Finance Administrator / Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant
* Experience of processing high-volume invoices and multi-currency exposure
* A keen eye for detail
* Working knowledge of Xero and ability to pick up new systems
* Competence with Excel
