Job Description:
Our client, an award-winning, leading Law firm, seeks to recruit an upbeat and proactive Conveyancing Assistant based at their newly refurbished, immaculate offices in Bradford.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Conveyancing Fee Earners. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting with the processing of sale and purchase transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process for clients.
You will be responsible for case management and quality assurance by assisting the fee earners with applying for searches and liaising with clients and agents. You will also be preparing contracts and processing sale and purchase transaction administration tasks.
Ideally you will have 2+ years experience in managing or assisting with sale and purchase matters and will have a friendly and approachable demeanour.
