Together we are searching for a seasoned Recruitment & People Business Partner to support the organisation in their expansion.
The Role
A multifaceted, accomplished professional, with a background in the independent health and social sector, is required for the role. In this position, you will utilise your extensive skillset to provide versatile people and recruitment support to the practices. You will attract, source, and retain talent while continuously researching industry trends, conducting salary benchmarking, and performing competitor analysis. Leveraging your expertise, you will train hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and recruitment best practices, as well as support new staff during the onboarding process. Additionally, you will offer thorough HR support and guidance on employee relations, compliance, and performance management, along with providing expertise on TUPE regulations to ensure smooth transitions during business transfers. You will consult with employees, unions, and representatives during consultation processes and integrate new employees from acquired practices into the existing organisation. Furthermore, you will support HR projects and business plans, manage the staff induction process with HR Admin and Practice Managers, and deliver training programs on HR practices and procedures. Reporting to the Head of People, you will be fully immersed in the sector, with a solid understanding of current regulations and best practices for people and recruitment functions. Experience with high-volume recruitment is essential for this opportunity. It is envisaged that this is a full-time permanent role.
Location
This is a hybrid role with, 1 day in the London office and 4 days working remotely or in practices as required. Candidates within commutable distance of Central London will be considered for the role.
Essential Criteria
* At least 3 years of provable experience in Recruitment and HR.
* CIPD Level 5 or 7, or relevant experience.
* Background in the independent health and social sector. Ideally dental, otherwise sector adjacent.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Extensive background with complex ER casework.
* Understanding of high-volume recruitment.

Interview Process
This is a 2-stage interview process. Prior to submission, you will undergo an extensive screening call with consultant Isobel to discuss the role and your relevant experience. The 1st stage is competency-based questions, and 2nd stage will be further competency-based questions and a general discussion.
