We have a super new role in for our lovely client in Leatherhead, Surrey
We are looking for an organised PA to support our clients CEO on a daily basis, working a 36 Hour week
* Provide PA support to CEO, including driving and attendance at external events, business meetings, networking events and any other appropriate support required
* Daily dairy check ins with CEO, ensuring they have all the information they need to perform their role and to minimise interruptions
* Taking and producing notes or minutes at events and in meetings
* Provide governance and secretarial services to the board, management and CEO
* When required, provide cover for front desk
* Assist, when required in organisation and collation of bid or contract documents
* Assist when required in event organisation
* General administration duties
* IT Literate with EXCEL
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Organised and able to prioritise workload
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Full UK driving licence
* Office based
