The Role
As a Senior Credit Control and Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing governance, process efficiency, and business partnering. This exciting opportunity allows you to shape the future of our Transactional team, driving successful outcomes for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and authorize payments (BACS, CHAPS, SEPA, ACH, Faster Payments)
* Download daily and monthly bank statements
* Import statements into the Finance system and reconcile accounts
* Post cashbook and ad hoc journals
* Assist with cashflow actualization and forecasting, reporting to stakeholders
* Participate in month-end processes and reconciliations
* Support and cover for team members
* Raise wholesale and franchise invoices using Excel
* Collaborate with International teams and warehouses to meet customer needs
* Post receipts and chase debt following the debt recovery process
* Investigate and issue credits
Location: Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2 days a week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.
The Person
* AAT qualified or QBE
* Experience in credit control and treasury within a busy Finance department
* Proficient in using Unit4 or similar accounting software
* Intermediate Excel skills (v lookups, sumifs, pivot tables)
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to remain calm and perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
* Experience in a multi-site or multinational business
