Role and responsibilities
* Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, via various methods such as face to face, video and telephone
* Manage the entire application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
* As a self-employed Adviser, you will be building your own business, giving you control over your role and your earnings
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser (1 year required), with a track record of successful client outcomes
* CeMAP qualification or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Preferably based in or near the Bristol area for office collaboration
* Delivery of satisfactory compliance and quality requirements
