Job Description:
A prestigious college is seeking a dedicated lecturer to enhance its Maths and English provision. In this role, you will inspire and shape the future of our students, contributing significantly to their success and experiencing the rewarding satisfaction of making a meaningful impact on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
* Teach A Level, GCSE English, and Functional Skills Literacy: Deliver engaging lessons in English for various levels, including A Level and GCSE, to full-time students and adults, helping them achieve their academic goals.
* Create Engaging Resources: Develop creative and effective teaching materials to support and enhance student learning, using a mix of practical, theoretical, and digital resources.
* Track Student Progress: Monitor and assess students’ performance, providing feedback and support to help them overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes.
* Utilise Onsite and Online Platforms: Teach effectively in both our well-equipped classrooms and through online platforms like Google Classroom, ensuring high-quality education delivery in all settings.
* Work with Colleagues and Management: Collaborate with other educators and management to meet educational goals and contribute to the overall success of the College.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* At least an A Level (or equivalent) qualification in English. A degree in a related subject is highly desirable.
* Either possess or be willing to work towards a recognised teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate the ability to bring the subject to life through practical, theoretical, and digital methods.
* Be an effective and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
* Inspire and equip students with the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required for their future success.
