Key Responsibilities :
- Engage in customer relationship management and gain a deep understanding of customer requirements.
- Execute general administrative duties including managing individual and shared inboxes, and organising relevant databases/spreadsheets.
- Managing warm leads from customer inquiries and transferring them to the Senior Team.
Essential Skills:
You must have:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills to build strong rapport and establish customer relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of Sales experience, preferably in technology or hardware sales.
- An avid interest in computers and technology.
- Problem-solving ability and self-motivation.
- A valid driving license.
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary based on experience ranging from £23,000 to £30,000. This position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule in a friendly and innovative office. There is also the potential to work on a hybrid basis in the future while advancing within the company.
