Forward Role are working with a B2C professional services business to recruit a Senior CRM Executive. This role will report into the CRM Manager and join a CRM team of 5.

Responsibilities:
* Line management of a CRM Assistant
* Plan, build, segment, test and deploy end-to-end CRM campaigns
* Automations & workflows
* Data integrations
* Create email nurturing campaigns to convert leads
* AB test to ensure optimisation
* Analysis and reporting of campaigns
What you will need:
* Proven experience in a CRM Marketing role
* Strong working knowledge of CRM tools for marketing purposes
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to analyse data, report on performance and suggest areas for improvement
