In this role you will:
•    Deliver an exceptional service to our customers.
•    Perform a range of technical support activities, both onsite and remotely.
•    Provide exceptional support and service to our Scania network, and Milton Keynes head office. 
•    Work as part of a team to ensure incident and request service level targets are met, escalating issues in line with service desk processes.
•    Adapt to a quickly changing IT environment and landscape. 
About you:
Problem Solver – The ability to resolve and investigate technical issues for the business. 
Team Player – understand the importance of a united team approach, relishing the opportunity to share, learn and support. 
Strong Stakeholder Management - regular communication with stakeholders both internally and externally, proactively keeping them informed and up to date.
Attention to detail – operating with exceptional attention to detail in all you do.
