Marketing Manager
Hybrid in EITHER Brighton OR Weymouth
£32,000 - £37,000 DOE
As a Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and annual plans that achieve budgeted visitation and revenue for multiple sites within the group.
This generalist marketing role is based at either our Weymouth or Brighton location, with regular travel to the sites you manage, ranging from Norfolk to East Sussex to the Dorset coast, depending on your base. With a broad scope covering all aspects of the marketing mix, this position offers an excellent opportunity to apply and enhance your marketing skills.
You will orchestrate a diverse array of activities, including above-the-line advertising, digital and social media, PR, and promotions. Your efforts will drive awareness, visitation, and budgeted revenue and profit through various channels such as consumer outreach, trade partnerships, events, and school programs. You will also collaborate with the Insights Manager to leverage visitor profiling and local market data, supporting internal business decisions and enhancing customer understanding.
This role allows you to take full ownership of your marketing plans, fostering innovation and creativity while delivering measurable business results-results you can observe firsthand by stepping out of your office each day.
Qualifications & Experience * Extensive marketing experience, encompassing campaign planning, e-commerce, digital, and social media.
* Proven track record of contributing to successful marketing campaigns that achieve desired outcomes.
* Strong networking and communication skills, with a talent for generating innovative ideas.
* Understanding of consumer attitudes and the ability to create campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
* Experience as an organized and standout team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
* A degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent proven experience.
