IT Support Engineer
Advertised by IT Talent Recruitment Agency - Up to £25,000 p.a.
Responsibilities:
* Provide top-tier technical support to clients promptly and competently.
* Support business needs of the Partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to 1st-line support requests in person, via phone, email, and remote access.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Administer and manage systems: desktops, laptops, printers, network devices.
* Maintain records, reports, and client communication.
* Manage website and eBay shop.
* Compose external communications and instructional materials.
* Conduct R&D on new technologies and business practices.
Qualifications:
* 5 GCSEs including English and Maths; Computer Science and Physics preferred.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Required Skills and Experience:
* IT services and first-line support experience preferred.
* Strong IT and computing knowledge.
* Proficiency in networking, Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and macOS.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
* Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and quickly learn new technologies.

Salary: £22,800 - £25,000 per year
