Voids and Repairs Manager
Location: Hybrid role based flexibly from the office in Birmingham
Salary: £30-35 per hour depending on experience. Temp to Permanent opportunity available. Full time salary equivalent to £45K.
Job Type: interim / Temporary 3 – 6 months

Role Overview: As the Voids and Repairs Manager, you will lead our team to efficiently manage void properties and repairs. Your goals will include minimising rental income loss, optimising operations, and ensuring value for money across the voids and repairs service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Minimise the time properties stay vacant.
* Streamline repair scheduling and reduce downtime.
* Control budgets for repairs and voids efficiently.
* Maintain health, safety, and quality standards.
* Address repair issues promptly.
About You:
* Experience in a similar role, ideally within the Social Housing Sector.
* Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance processes.
* Proven ability in budget management and contractor coordination.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
