Seeking an Interim FD to join a leading supply chain company. This role is perfect for a director-level individual who enjoys a challenge and is a capable hands on FD.

This organisation is a major player in the supply chain sector, a division of an international parent company.
Description
* Lead finance team
* Strict management of cash on a day to day basis, including significant improvement in debtor days.
* Develop models to ascertain the profitability of our customer contracts and develop pricing strategies.
* Deep dive into the balance sheet to ensure all balances are reconciled and are clean of spurious entries and that all liabilities are recognised.
* Improve the process for pulling accounting data from the frontline systems into the accounting package.
* Work with IT to develop useful management information to inform the accounts production and the wider business
* Review of the Finance Team structure to determine its fitness for purpose
* Work with the management team to identify productivity improvement opportunities across the business.
Profile
The successful Interim FD should have:
* Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
* Track record of working with organisations who are going through change
* Hands on approach, previous expeurence of deep diving into organisations
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead change
* Strong technical skills
* Capable problem solver
* Background of working closely with IT teams to develop systems
Job Offer
£600 - £750 a day inside IR35
6-9 month role
Hybrid role - 3 days a week onsite
