Role: Customer Sales Advisor 
Location: Edinburgh (Office Based)
Salary: £23,500 (£24,000 after 6 months, £26,500 after 1 year)
OTE: £50,000+

Hours: 37.5 per week within below hours
Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, occasional Saturday 9am-5pm

THE ROLE:
* Speaking to customers over the phone
* Having strong conversations about our fantastic products
* Being an ambassador for our business and selling the correct package to customers
* Building great connections with all customers
* Providing straight-talking support

ABOUT YOU:
* Experience in a contact centre/customer service environment
* Experience with inbound/outbound sales or customer retention
* Passionate about sales
* Great communication skills
* Ability so sell the best solution
* Self-motivated
* Determined
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
