We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a private individual based in West London. This role demands a highly organised, proactive, and discreet individual with a proven ability to handle a demanding workload and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
* Personal Management: Coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
* Household Management: Managing property maintenance, and handling correspondence.
* Event Management: Organising social events, parties, and travel arrangements.
* Financial Management: Handling expenses, invoicing, and financial administration.
* Personal Assistance: Providing general administrative support, including running errands, shopping, and gift sourcing.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a private household.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
* Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours when required.
* A thick skin and the ability to handle unexpected challenges with composure.
