Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. You will play a key role in managing our project pipeline and resources while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a project pipeline, anticipating project inflow, and coordinating resourcing to optimise team capacity.
* Oversee internal and external resources to ensure top-notch quality and profitability, including sourcing and managing freelancers and suppliers as needed.
* Develop and own project timeline plans and cost estimates.
* Implement and oversee quality control processes.
* Serve as the voice of production during work reviews and projects.
* Display expertise in print production and confidently liaise with print production companies.
* Produce cost estimates that align with client budgets while optimising project processes.
* Proactively manage profit margins for individual projects.
* Support the team in achieving profit margin targets and maximising the gross profit target of the agency.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in an integrated agency environment.
* Strong project management skills with a multi-channel and integrated project management background.
* Excellent time management abilities.
* Exceptional communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
