Job Title: Customer Account Manager
Location: Brighton, East Sussex (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Our client is seeking a passionate Customer Account Manager to serve as the main contact for their valued customers. In this role, you will ensure that their journey with the organisation is smooth and positive, providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and more.
?? Your Responsibilities:
* Manage customer accounts through various channels such as telephone calls, emails, and LiveChat, providing support and guidance during the application process.
* Reach out proactively to customers who might be struggling with payments, assisting them in getting back on track.
* Perform underwriting tasks, examining non-standard loan applications that require manual review.
* Maintain accurate customer service records and handle ad hoc administrative duties related to accounts and payments.
* Collaborate with the Financial, Accounts, and Sales teams, addressing inquiries and requests.
* Gain confidence using internal systems and the organisation’s online application process.
�? About You:
* Previous experience in a customer service within the Finance Industry.
* Exceptional phone etiquette, communication skills, and active listening abilities.
* Proficiency in administration with keen attention to detail.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* A positive, outgoing, and bubbly nature would be a great asset!
