Business Development Manager
£50,000 - £55,000 OTE £30,000 Uncapped
Home-based (Occasional travel to London or Birmingham)
Are you a target-driven Business Development Manager looking for a new opportunity? Do you smash targets and want uncapped earning potential?
Elevation Recruitment are working exclusively with this leading organisation that provide qualifications, training, memberships and risk management tools in the Financial Crime and Compliance space.
As a BDM you will be completely focused on winning new clients in the CEECA region (Central & Eastern Europe and Central Asia) so a proven track record in attracting and winning new business is essential.
What you need to be successful in this role:
Essential:-
* To be a proven commercial winner with experience delivering in a high-growth international business.
* To be a skilled verbal and written communicator, experienced operating at Board level both internally and with clients/prospects.
* To be a resilient and tenacious operator who understands the need for positive persistence.
* To be comfortable presenting at a senior level.
* To be innovative and have strong relationship building experience
* Ability to network well at all levels – internally and externally
Desirable:-
* Experience of the professional training and qualifications sector.
* Experience selling into the Financial Services and other regulated sectors.
