Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work for a reputable manufacturing business in Sheffield.
The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will report into the Production Manager and will be responsible for all machine and site maintenance.
Location- Sheffield
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday -7.20am till 3.40pm with an early finish of 12.50pm on a Friday
Salary: £37,000

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties and Responsibilities include:
* To carry out preventative maintenance on equipment as part of the PPM scheme on CNC machinery
* To implement new PPM’s and work to a continuous improvement approach
* To produce a daily report of work done, spares used, follow up as required
* Electrical installations as and when required
* React quickly to breakdowns and prioritise workload – mainly on CNC machinery
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering
* Experience doing both preventative and reactive maintenance
* Previously worked in a manufacturing environment – heavy background
* Have experience of fault finding on PLC’s such as Siemans and Fanuc
* Must have experience of working on CNC machinery previously
