Job Description:
Revenue Accountant - West London
I am currently partnered with a fintech company on the hunt for a detail-oriented Revenue Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. In this role you will be responsible for accurate and timely recognition of revenue with UK GAAP.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the complete revenue cycle, including contract review, revenue recognition analysis, and journal entries.
* Perform monthly/quarterly revenue close processes and reconciliations.
* Analyse revenue trends and provide insights to management.
* Assist with the preparation of revenue-related financial statements and disclosures.
* Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting.
* Assist with the implementation of new revenue recognition systems and processes.
Qualifications/ skills required:
* Must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CPA/ CIMA)
* Proficient in NetSuite
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
