Our client is a global organisation with a vision to create a clean and energy-efficient future by delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for the automotive market who are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join them on a contract basis.
Are you a creative and motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in marketing? This is an exciting Marketing Assistant opportunity to help support and coordinate customer shows and events alongside the sales team. The role will include ordering literature, pull-ups, giveaways and ensuring systems and files are kept up to date.
Key roles and responsibilities for the Marketing Assistant
* Deal with the day-to-day administration of the marketing team including clerical tasks and marketing activity.
* Creating and amending presentations.
* Liaising with external agency on communication plans.
* Manage print requirements and keep company literature up to date
* Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communications to ensure team alignment.
* Coordinate and manage marketing materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
* Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
* Supporting sales team on coordinating shows/events logistics
What we’re looking for in the ideal Marketing Assistant:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Previous experience in a marketing Assistant role is an advantage but not required.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
