Key Responsibilities
* Working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who will work alongside and support our dynamic Commercial team.
* Prepare, maintain and process financial and project transactions
* Analysis of project costs and preparation of monthly cost reports and commentary for any variance
* Making site visits to carry out inspections
* Liaise with all levels of construction and professional team, including clients
* Valuing completed work and applying for payments
* Use systems and processes, allowing effective measurement of commercial performance
* Assist in providing accurate, real time, monthly reports
* Attending meetings on and off site

For this role you will need to be studying a relevant NVQ for the role, there is a pool car available after 6 months and you will be trained up by the Managing Quantity Surveyor.
Salary up to £33,000 depending on experience, and working hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
