Construction Site Manager required to supervise a large roofing project on a social housing scheme in Cheadle
Site Manager will need to have the following tickets:
* Valid in date SMSTS.
* Valid in date First Aid training.
* Level 4 NVQ (preferred)
* Scaffold Inspection (These are standard scaffolds to domestic properties)
* Asbestos Awareness
* Work At Height (Roof replacement)
* Possible weekend work to suit workload, but not guaranteed.
* Social Housing experience (preferred)
