Job Description:
Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Looking for an exciitng opportunity to join a dealership in Guilford? We want to hear form you!
You will be the primary point of contact for customers checking in their vehicles and their reliable advisor for providing updates on vehicle progress. Strong relationship-building skills and excellent organisational abilities are essential.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive service environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is desirable
* A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
* Full UK Driving Licence
The package
* Basic salary: £27,000 - £29,000 + up to £35,000 OTE
* Company and manufacturer training
* Long Service holiday rewards that increase with your length of service
