Job Description:
We are working with an organisation, in the Education sector, who are looking for a Project Manager to deliver on integration projects that change how the organisations use IT to work. They need an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to deliver the user System IT projects.
If you have experience of managing projects in user Systems and have integrations experience within a programme, then this will be a great opportunity for you.
They deliver a full range of IT services to all users and this role will join the IT Portfolio community. They run a wide range of projects and programmes to improve their current services and transform the staff and user experience to a diverse community.
Role and responsibilities:
* Integrations PM experience
* You will already have significant Project Management experience, including delivery of multiple concurrent, large and technically complex ICT projects and programmes
* Engage with a range of stakeholders across the organisation and this role would suit someone who enjoys collaborating across the organisation
* You will have strengths in project planning, prioritisation and delivery that support our strategic direction
* You will demonstrate excellent direct and indirect communication skills appropriate for a wide cross-section of stakeholders.
* You will be able to build, manage and motivate project teams in a matrix management environment. You will be professional, clear thinking under pressure and act as a role model within the IT Portfolio.
Further details:
* Salary between £44,000-£56,000
* Flexible working, 1 or 2 days on site in Southampton
* 2 year fixed term contract
* The role is based in Southampton, but might involve travel to other sites occasionally
