Your new role.
This newly appointed role, reporting to the HR / People Systems Manager, will play an integral part of the People Team. The organisation has been on a digital and engagement journey and you will place a key part in this by assisting with the implementation and usage of a new HRIS system.
As People Systems Analyst you will be responsible for contributing to the implementation, integration, development, maintenance and optimisation of the people systems; aswell as providing data to support the engagement for all People Systems including updates, upgrades adapting existing work processes; ensuring the communication of updates and training of end users.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a HRIS or HR Analyst who enjoys the challenge of new systems, developing HR systems, developing the data (and quality) produced to make effective business decision. If you are a HR Generalist with project work in this area and a passion for HR Systems and Analytics this role may also be suitable for you.
What you’ll need to succeed
This is a role for an HRIS / HR Analyst who ideally has experience of:
* Experience of HR processes, procedures and systems
* HR system management
* HR system implementation / integration and development.
* HR data / report production and the development of what data and reporting is required and useful
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal/in person, virtual and written
