Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented HR professional seeking a diverse role? H9 Human Resources are currently looking for HR Project Coordinator to join our well-established client in Trafford Park!
Some of the responsibilities are but not limited too:
* Policy & Procedure Management: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
* Project Coordination: Lead and manage HR projects from start to finish.
* Generalist HR Support: Provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
* Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide HR solutions.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
* Experience in HR, with a focus on policy development and project management.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
* CIPD qualification.
This role is offering a salary of up to £34,000pa and hybrid working of 2-3 days from home.
