Tax Disputes and Disclosures - Senior
This Accountancy Practice is expanding its Tax Disputes and Disclosures team under the leadership of the Tax Investigations Director and is seeking a talented and self-motivated Senior to join the successful tax dispute resolution team in London.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of Tax Disputes cases from on boarding to settlement.
* Handle complex tax disclosure cases including COP8, COP9, WDF, DDS.
* Produce letters and reports to HMRC with minimal support.
* Negotiate with HMRC and participate in ADR settlement meetings.
* Delegate tasks to junior staff as needed.
* Build relationships with colleagues and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
* Stay updated on technical developments and the economic climate.
Candidate Requirements:
* Ex-HM Inspector of Taxes; ACA and/or CTA; lawyer or paralegal with relevant experience.
* Experience in a Tax Dispute Resolution team or HM Revenue & Customs.
* Self-motivated and adaptable.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to influence clients and colleagues.
