Our client are seeking an experienced Administrator with excellent Customer Service skills to join their busy Aftersales team in central Maidenhead
Working closely across departments, you will ensure customers receive the best possible service post-purchase by continuously updating them on the progress of their orders, supporting with queries, resolving complaints and maintaining accurate records.
The role:
* Update customer on progress of order
* Maintain accurate records on system
* Respond to enquiries and resolve issues
* liaise with department to obtain accurate information for customers
* Ensure customer satisfaction and obtain feedback
The right person:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Strong Administration experience
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Team player
