* Direct and oversee all HR operations within the company

Profile
A successful HR Admin Team Leader should have:
* Previously managed a HR Admin/Shared Service team
* Ability to manage workload ensure the business SLA’s are met
* Coach, guide and develop a team of HR Administrators
* Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in HR software (SAP ideally) and MS Office
* Analyse and report HR data
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
