Job Description:
Project Accountant
Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 pa
Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid)
Finitas has partnered with specialists in optimizing CapEx decisions, enhancing asset management, and maximizing investment value across sectors like defence, pharmaceutical, energy.
Requirements:
* Project management/cost systems, including Microsoft Project
* Strong commercial management and large framework experience
* Familiarity with NEC4 and CEMAR is a plus
* Proven project financial management skills
* Experience with Xero accounting software
Responsibilities:
* Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Ensure compliance with project management and business processes.
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
* Analyze project expenses and generate client reports.
* Monitor project contracts to adhere to financial terms.
* Support and administer large contractual frameworks.
* Provide accurate weekly financial reports to Project Delivery Leads and PMO.
