Job Description:
WE Talent are seeking a full-time Customer Experience Administrator to manage and enhance our clients online experience. This role involves monitoring, analysing, and responding to customer reviews on platforms like Trustpilot and Google Reviews, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the brand’s integrity.
Full - time permanent, office based
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage customer reviews.
* Draft written communications to customers - letters and emails.
* Respond promptly and professionally to feedback.
* Work with with the wider customer service team to resolve issues.
* Engage with customers to gather feedback and encourage positive reviews.
* Track and analyse review trends.
* Produce reports.
* Stay updated on platform features and competitor trends.
* Investigate and address the cause of complaints.
* Provide feedback to management and internal teams.
Experience and qualifications:
* GCSE English and Maths (C / level 4 and above or equivalent).
* 2+ years in customer service, online reputation management, or a similar role.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong written communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* Experience in e-commerce desirable.
* Familiarity with review management tools like Trustpilot and Google Reviews is a plus.
