Job Purpose * Work closely with senior auditors to support engagements from planning to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Preparation of statutory accounts, as well as reviewing accounts prepared by junior staff.
* Preparation of corporation tax computations (training can be provided if needed).
* Work closely with clients to build trusted relationships, being the go-to for support.
* Deliver a strong commercial awareness, reviewing opportunities for fee development.
* Underpin audit and accounts matters with current legislation and compliance.
* Champion your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities.
* Support junior team members by knowledge sharing and supporting their progression.

The Successful Applicant * ACA or ACCA?qualified or part qualified with previous experience within practice.
* Experience supporting audits from planning to completion.
* Adept at the preparation of statutory accounts.
* Corporate tax knowledge is desirable but not essential.
* A hands-on team player who can also work autonomously.
* Excellent work ethic, self-motivated, and reliable.
* Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
* Able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
* Good awareness of current affairs and solid commercial acumen.
* A can-do attitude and a proactive problem solver.
