Job Responsibilities
*Owning responsibility for a portfolio of clients, managing your workflow, deadlines, and budgets.
*Planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence.
*Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you.
*Own responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.
*Contribute to the firm’s growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
*Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries.
*Act as clients’ financial business partner, providing sound advisory and technical know-how.
*Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.

The successful candidate
*ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least three years’ post-qualification experience.
*Specialist knowledge of medical sector regulations would be advantageous.
*Demonstrable experience managing a client portfolio, with a results-driven approach.
*Previous experience leading a team, including reviewing work and providing mentorship.
*A sound commercial understanding, including forecasting and monitoring fee recovery.
*A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
*Organised and able to oversee a team’s workload effectively.
*Excellent communication and advisory skills.
*Confident working closely with senior management.
