CRM MANAGER

A driven CRM is needed to join this instantly recognisable Manchester brand to lead on the CRM marketing strategy. You will be focused on ensuring the customer is kept updated with news, promotions and offers across multiple brands. This will be a hybrid role, based in the office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver strategies for customer relationship management
* Deliver the CRM strategy across multiple brands
* Drive revenue from the CRM campaigns
* Deliver the BAU calendar and optimisation strategy
* Increase customer metrics- open, click, conversion and unsubscribe rates
* Work with the team on the implementation of automated programmes
* Improve driving retention rates and build customer value and loyalty
Experience Required:
* A strong knowledge and experience working in a CRM is essential
* Have an understanding of how CRM works within the customer journey
* Work with the wider marketing team to ensure campaign success and collaborative working
* Knowledge of how to build different audience types and demographics
* Understand the importance of segmentation when driving campaigns
* A wider understanding of digital marketing
