Customer Service Administrator Duties:
* Offering support to the team
* Answering incoming calls
* Scheduling engineers
* Escalating any customer complaints
* Logging incoming calls
* Monitoring engineers’ attendance
* Attending team meetings
* Providing helpdesk covers for holidays and sickness
