The Role
As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering consultancy, advisory, and development services to customers and contribute to operational processes. You will need a balanced mix of interpersonal and technical skills to manage and deliver new and existing customer projects and relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include
* Attend customer meetings and provide pre-sales and consultancy advice
* Deliver development and implementation services following best practices
* Provide support and manage support calls effectively
* Liaise directly with customers and manage your own workload
* Produce and document functional design reports
* Foster and enhance the team ethos and values of the organisation

Required Skills / Experience
* MS Dynamics 365
* SQL
* Customer-centric and team-oriented mindset
* Strong technical communication skills
